Oily foundation that counters oily skin

I would say I've got oily to combination skin with enlarged pores and a bit of fine lines. This foundation does its job. Consistency is rather thick with a patchouli like scent, and coverage is not where I'd like it to be but a second layer definitely helps to achieve the coverage I need. Don't think it will hide your blemishes and spots, you'll need the concealer to finish off. For optimal results, dot the product around your face and then spread it out evenly for a glowing even effect. There's a good range of colours to choose from so finding a colour that I like was simple, the S115 worked best for my fair to olive skin. The staff recommended S123 which was 2 shades darker, but I wanted a whiter look for winter.



Did my homework - Love or hate relationship

I've read alot of blogs and reviews about Vapour cosmetics before committing myself to this brand. I think this is sort of a brand where you say 'yes' or 'no'. There is no in between. I luckily have found it to work really well on my skin and I can truly say 'I love it'. On the flip side, my friend who took this experimental adventure with me totally hates it. She found it to be the oiliest product she's ever used and to be cakey after sealing it off with a finishing powder. I personally found everything she said to be the complete opposite. It gives a great glow without being shiny and the light coverage gives the impression I'm not wearing any makeup at all.



Weightless foundation

This foundation is light on the skin and makes me feel weightless during the day. A bit airy fairy slithering through the day. Another good point with this foundation is the sheer glowing effect it creates but don't expect it to give you the perfect finish or coverage. Overall, a terrific foundation if you want the natural look.
