When becoming a client of Green Organics, you agree to abide by our terms of business and cancellation policy.
Treatment Reservation:
Advanced booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. To secure your booking, Credit card details is required at time of booking for confirmed appointments.
Arrival:
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your schedule appointment to avoid reduced treatment time. A late arrival will result in your treatment concluding at the scheduled time so as not to be of inconvenience to other clients.
Medical considerations
When making your reservation, please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that might affect your treatment, We do not offer treatments during the first 3 months of pregnancy.
Cancellations:
Please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No shows or any cancellation less than 24 hours in advanced will incur a 100% treatment fee, which will be deducted from your credit card or gift voucher. Due to our store’s opening hours/days, any cancellations for Monday appointments will need to be made prior to Sat 2pm. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Gift vouchers:
Please advise & present gift certificate at the time of booking and visit. Green Organics has the right to reject any booking if the voucher is not presented at the time of visit, or if voucher has expired. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any discounted treatments or with any other treatment offer. No responsibility will be taken on any lost or stolen gift vouchers.
