LIKE BUT NOT LOVE

I have began using this toner last month twice a day and firstly it smells great! My face feels a a tiny bit 'tight' after it although it says its a hydrating mist. I have extremely dry skin, but I was hoping it would help with controlling my dry skin problem. But applying the vital moisturing cream will solve the dryness. I like the product so far but don't love it.
