Arnica reduces inflammation and puffiness and calendula and borage will protect and heal. A special blend of active oils rejuvenates and deeply hydrates the sensitive eye area. The end result is brighter more youthful looking eyes.

DIRECTIONS OF USE
Gently apply one pump both morning and nigh under and around the eye area. Store in a cool dark place.

NOTICEABLE IMPROVEMENT TO EYE AREA.

I never compromise when it comes to an eye cream and the Tata Harper eye cream did not disappoint. The rich yet like formulation means it absorbs readily into the contours of my eye lids and bags. Noticeable improvement when fine lines. A 30 - 40% improvement with the hydrating factor. 5 - 10% improvement with dark circles.
