HOW DOES IT WORK
Too much positive ions can be harmful to the body as they oxidise the cells and turns into free radicals in the body raising the levels of lactic acid which can damage healthy cells and increase the acidity of the blood causing many illnesses. White Sage neutralizes the positive ions with negative ions released in the atmosphere from the smoke. The smoke from the white sage when burnt meets the positive ions, clings to them and neutralizes them out of our aura or area. It also has proven antiseptic and bacteria-killing properties.

DIRECTIONS OF USE
1) Light the smudge stick at the tip of the leaves, allow to burn for 5-10 seconds and gently blow on the embers to create smoke.
2) Slowly move among rooms, gently waving the stick in the air
3) After use, gently extinguish the smoke in sand or small dish of water. Store in dry place for future use.
