AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL.

Please excuse my lack of satisfaction here but the question I would like to pose to Inika is what the hell went into testing their product/packaging design? The product design is awful. Firstly, the serum is ultra running so as you go applying it to your brow, the serum just runs down the wand and drips onto your fingers and hands. The size or shape of the wand gets caught in the opening EVERY SINGLE TIME so you have to apply pressure to pull it out and pushing it back in which results in the serum splattering in the air and everywhere. Following that, When you attempt to twist the wand back in, a RIDICULOUS amount of the serum oozes out its product which means I have to wipe off a pathetic amount of wastage. I have only been using this for a week now and I can honestly say the wastage that oozes out of the packaging is about twenty times the amount that I actually use on the brows per single application. The way I see it, I will finish this serum in another week's time as there is just so much wastage. Bare in mind this serum is only 7mls in size. This may not be as noticeable on the first couple of times of using it but rest assured you will head into these problems. On the application side of things, the brush head is painful to use. It is awfully scratchy on the skin. With all these problems in place I wont even get the chance to see whether this serum actually does what it claims to do. Seriously, what an absolute joke Inika!
