Dr Bronner's Shikakai liquid soap is comes out as a runny milky brown liquid with a wonderful smelling natural fragrance. It lathers with luxurious suds that is pleasant on the skin without the harsh dryness.

The key ingredient 'shikakai', which is sourced from the seed pods from the Acadia Concinna tree from Southern Asia, has been used for centuries to healthy skin and hair.
Provides your skin with a squeaky clean finish without any left over residue. For your selection, there are 4 scented fragrances (tea tree, peppermint, lavender, lemon lime) and 1 unscented for your selection.

This smaller 356ml size is more economical to use as a hand cleanser.

MIGHT HAVE GIVEN MORE STARS IF NOT FOR HARD WATER

Natural, neutral, aroma which could be described as "innocent". Beautiful oils. Good lather. Removes dirt/grime easily. However (due to hard water) there is formation of waxy residue (soap scum aka "glove-like veil of protective fatty acids" ) on the hands/body/hair /soaped surfaces, which can be a bit annoying if you want to feel squeaky clean. But once you wipe that away with a dry towel, it's all good. On the upside you'll end up with very soft towels. rnOverall a good option for frequent handwashers because it is gentle yet effective, and doesn't strip skin dry.
