No two Tsuge brushes are the same. Chidoriya tsuge brushes are handmade by skilled artisans in Japan. A great deal of time, energy and effort is used to complete just one brush. The special boxwood brush materials used, are naturally dried for a duration of over 3 years and hand crafted individually. Countless coats of camellia oil is applied to each brush to draw out it's beautiful gloss.

The high quality, luster, and elegance of the boxwood material is sourced from the southern Satsuma district of Japan, which is known as the home of Boxwood. BENEFITS OF A TSUGE BRUSH SO
Women will often brush their hair countless times throughout the day. This combing and brushing process is beneficial in helping to move the hair's natural oils from the scalp to the ends of hair. Unlike plastic or poor quality brushes which snaps and breaks hair, the tsuge boxwood made brushes are static free and super gentle to the hair and scalp to further enhance hair lustre without damage. For those with dry brittle hair, we highly recommend brushing using the Tsuge boxwood brush with a few drops of the Chidoriya Camilla oil.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR COMB
DO NOT use soap & water to clean wooden combs. Please use pure vegetable oils such as Chidoriya's PURE CAMELLIA OIL to clean and maintain. For deep cleaning, use a toothbrush with a tiny bit of camellia oil and gentle brush along the brush teeth and edges and wipe off with a cotton cloth or Q-tip bud.
