CHIDORIYA SAKE-KAZU MILK BATH + BRIGHTENING FACE MASK (2 X 10G STICKS PER BAG)

The main benefit of Kojic acid is a by-product of the fermentation process of sake and offers remarkable skin brightening properties. The Chidoriya Sakekasu uses freeze-dried sake lees made from the Daiginjoshu manufacturing process, and is rich in Kojic acid, Vitamin D, Vitamin B1 & a variety of other elements that inhibit the performance of melanin, reducing sunspots, age spots & freckles.

Sake-lees also assist to speed up and increase the tempo of skin turnover and cell regeneration which helps to lighten pigmentation faster. (Please note, to see the best results, it is most important to wear SPF30 or above sunscreen and keeping away from the sun's damaging UV rays to minimize melanin production)

On top of the skin brightening properties, Sake and Sakekasu have unbelievable moisturizing benefits as well as an excellent skin toning effects. It's also packed with saccharides, amino acids, enzymes, antioxidants and ferulic acids making it a potent anti-aging product keeping the skin plump and firm.

Unlike commercial kojic acid creams or serums where the products are highly unstable and ineffective, Chidoriya's Sakekasu Powder is produced using the freeze dry method to preserve its high level nutrients and maintain maximum potency. The use of organic sake-lees means the product is in its purest most potent form free from contamination or harmful chemicals. The potency of ingredients remain stable to deliver powerful shots of melanin inhibiting elements into the epidermal and dermal skin layers to reduce melanin synthesis and lighten pigments.

DIRECTIONS OF USE
To create a calming Sakekasu facemask, take 1 tbsp of Sakekasu and place into 2 tbsp of water (1: 2) then stir the mixture into a paste form. Gently apply the paste on the face (avoid eye area). Leave on for 5-10 minutes, rinse well with lukewarm water.

For a relaxing sakekasu bath, sprinkle 1 - 2 packs into a full bathtub. Stir the water thoroughly and enjoy a soothing bath.

BRIGHTENS WITH A BIG TICK
I got this as a gift. I was a little skeptical at first with putting sake on my face but I gave it a try. I mixed it with some water into a creamy paste consistency and applied a thin layer all over my face and neck. It claims to have brightening affects, so I left it on for 30 minutes before rinse off. It felt good and the skin feels alot softer. But it was only the next morning when I woke up and looked in the mirror that I noticed a brighter glowing looking face. I liked the results and wanted to try it more. So I went online and purchased some more and used 3 times a week for 2 months. I must say, this has cleared up COMPLETELY some of my lighter pigmentations. Darker pigments have lightened about 15 - 30%. I have been very strict with my sunsense. SPF50 in the morning and staying out of the sun whenever I can. Happy with the results and will suggest this for people looking for a vitamin C alternative.

BETTER THAN VITAMIN C
Feed your skin the good stuff. Having tried many skin lightening products, this product gave me really encouraging results.Having used vitamin C for about 5 years, I think the effectiveness has ran its course. After reading what nutrients are contained in Sake-lees, its no wonder why this is so effective. Rich in Vitamin B, arbutin, Kojic acid, and proteins, these are all pigment fighting ingredients. The best combination for me is to use this with a retin A serum. Here's how I do it. I'll put on the Sake mask 3 times a week. 2 times a week I'll use it on its own and once a week, I mix it in with 3 drops of my retin-A serum and leave it on for 1/2 hr. I believe by adding the retin-a, it's further speed up the cell regen process and push the kojic acid and arbutin deeper into the dermal layers and also help the top layer of the skin to slough off and renew faster. I'm very happy with my results. Wish I could post a before an after pic on here. My skin is so much more even and smooth. I've tapered my mask now to once a week to maintain.

MY EXPERIENCE
Give it time for the treatments to work. Especially for dermal melasma where the pigments are buried deep inside the skin. It takes many many months for dermal melasma to fade but if you protect your skin from the sun, results are really promising with sake-lees. Exercise patience. I'm talking 1 and half years, but my patience and persistence was rewarded. My melasma patches are close to 80% removed. Even those stubborn dermal ones that has been bugging me for so many years. I'm so careful to the point where I put on a mask to cover my face when I'm in front of the computer or TV screen to prevent the blue LED light from triggering more melanin. I wear sunglasses, hat and sunscreen everyday. Whenever I can, I'll wear a face mask and scarf. You may say this is extreme, but I'm happy with what I've been able to achieve with my face. I truly believe if you simply remove your skin from exposure to any form of UV or LED light, any pigmentation issues will improve dramatically without any topical or laser treatments required. Lasers are temporary fixes and although you may see quicker results, it comes back quick.

Results with sake are really slow, but you get to a point about the 6 months stage where you notice you only need to apply a tiny bit of BB cream or foundation to cover the patches. Then another 3 months go by and you can walk outside without any makeup and it actually doesn't look that bad at all. And another 3 months and the patches become not too noticeable under different lighting and another 3 months and you can go bare face with nice even skin tone. Like all women, I have my good skin days and bad skin days but I believe taking your progress in 3 month stages will give you a more realistic outlook. What I find really good about this sake mask is that your skin will not have any side effects and your skin will not build any tolerance to the ingredients. And I also encourage people to combine with other pigment fighting ingredients to get the maximum benefit. So if you're ready for the long grind, then I'm confident in giving my recommendation as I genuinely believe this sake product will give melasma or pigment sufferers good positive results.
