RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY



ONLINE RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
The following terms are valid for purchases made within our online store ONLY - Please contact us on 0280959256 or email us at [email protected] first to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without a Green Organics Return Authorisation Number. Once a RA number is obtained, we will send you an RMA Form to complete to send back to us with the item/s.

If you had a "change of mind" with your purchase in our online store, we are happy to take it back with just a few conditions

1. Return Time Frame - Your returned item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
2. Proof of Purchase - all returns, refunds, credit or exchange requests must be accompanied by any of the following Proof of Purchase documents:
- Tax Receipt (from EFPTPOS / Credit card Terminal)
- Tax Invoice / Invoice Number
- Copy of credit card statement showing purchase from Green Organics PL
3. The item has not been used
4. The item is in resealable condition in its original packaging
5. The product or packaging must not be damaged
6. The product must not be refilled, mixed or tampered with.
7. Freight on returned goods will not be paid by Green Organics Pty Ltd
8. Seal and secure all goods to ensure unbroken arrival or loss in transit.
9. Refund in the same form of currency used for the purchase. (If the item was purchased with a credit card, issue a credit to that same card). Refund excludes postage



IN-STORE RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
The following terms are valid for purchases made within a physical Green Organics Store ONLY.

If you had a "change of mind" with your purchase in our physical stores, we are happy to take it back with just a few conditions

1. Return Time Frame - Your returned item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
2. Proof of Purchase - all returns, refunds, credit or exchange requests must be accompanied by a Green Organics Receipt
3. The item has not been used
4. The item is in resealable condition in its original packaging
5. The product or packaging must not be damaged
6. The product must not be refilled, mixed or tampered with.
7. Only refund in the same form of currency used for the purchase. For example, if the item was purchased with a credit card, issue a credit to that same card.
