Our glacial facial purifying mineral mud masque contains the most mineral-rich and pure mud in the world. It is sustainably harvested from the remote waters of the Copper River, draining the far corners of four distinct mountain ranges including the Wrangell-St. Elias, Alaska Range, Talkeetna and Chugach Mountains, sources of both volcanic and sedimentary rock, as well the largest subpolar icefield in the world, the Bagley Icefield, making it one of the most prolific and diverse glacial deposits in the world.

Kelp (Macrocystis Pyrifera) Extract. This brown sea algae extract contains a natural source of minerals that help remove surface toxins, improve cellular circulation and soothe skin.

Elderflower (Sambucus Nigra) Extract. This infused blossom is known for refining complexion, purifying skin and healing targeted trouble areas.

Nettle (Urtica Dioica) Extract. The immunoprotective and restorative properties of the leaves of this plant soothe and cleanse sensitive or dry skin.

We have added wildcrafted and certified organic extracts of kelp, nettle, horsetail, elderflower, yarrow, cranberry, blueberry, as well as vitamins e and b5 to make a masque that is not only a cleanser, but is also an antioxidant and moisturizer. We recommend following up with your favorite moisturizer, but only if you feel like you need to!

I received the Glacial Facial Purifying Mineral Mud Masque to review in both the Vanilla-Lavender and the Lavender-Peppermint. I simply applied about a quarter-ounce size evenly over my face with the facial brush, relaxed for 20 minutes while it dried and rinsed my face with warm water to remove the mud. My face felt refreshed and glowing. My pores looked visibly smaller and tighter. I appreciate that this product is certified organic and full of wildcrafted botanical extracts.



The Masque itself was the perfect consistency containing no grit and smoothing over my face without clumping or even worse, running and dripping. I relaxed for around a half an hour, closing my eyes and breathing in the aromatic scent. Once the masque was completely dry I simply washed it off with warm water. I don't know it it was just me, but my skin felt tighter and seemed to have a healthier glow after using.

Fantastic for all skin types. Our glacial masque is gentle and pH balanced to moisturize and promote healthy skin cell regeneration at any age. It helps young skin stay young and improves elasticity in older skin while protecting the skin from a harsh environment. All skin types emerge nourished, firm and smooth. The masque is drawing, but not too drying like a purely clay masque- which makes it more versatile for a wide variety of skin types. People with normal-dry skin would use the masque once per week while people with more oily skin could use it up to 4 times per week. Some people use it more often depending on environmental conditions- humidity and pollution are reasons to use the product more often.
