POOR REMOVER

Madara, your most recent make up removal and cleansing products fail to impress me. Your original cleansers like the milk cleanser was great for dry skin and the purifying foam cleanser was equally good but I have since tried your oil cleanser and this newest Bi-Phase make up remover and lets just say I'm not impressed. It left my eyes red and irritated, possibly because the product couldn't even get non waterproof mascara and eyeliner off and in an attempt to do so I had to keep trying to wipe it off. My eyes went red straight away so I would hate to imagine how this product would work for waterproof eye makeup. For skin, it removed approximately only half the amount of make up that I could get off usually with my other makeup removers. So I take it that either this product doesn't take off make up effectively or else they expect you to use a ridiculous amount of it. Either way, I will not be using this again for all the reasons above.
