Very interesting read with great points. Like the way how the author tide in the biblical story to the beauty commandments. Commandment 9 and 10 is my favorite. During the holiday period when I have no stress and sleep for 10 hours each day, my breakouts disappear and my skin is smooth. Also confidence (girl power) is very important to look beautiful.

Wise advice, all. Number 4 is especially true. There are so many hidden chemicals in everyday skin care products. “Organic” on the label isn’t enough. It’s important to read the ingredients!

Well, my top 5 from those would be: 6, 5, 2, 4, 7. They say that “you are what you eat” so.. the 6 would be first on my list. Great “commandements”!
