If you’re a bit overweight like me and want to shed some pounds, then going on a vegan diet just makes sense. It’s simple and natural and results will sustain for the long term provided that you stay on the vegan dieting plan. Some people who have switched to a raw vegan diet have lost more than half their body weight.

But it’s not all bed of roses when it comes to being vegan. The change in lifestyle can be challenging at times and the temptation to eat some cows or chew on a pig can be overwhelming at times. Being true to yourself and your actions is necessary. I recommend starting with a modest raw vegan dieting plan by slowly introducing more and more foods like spinach, peaches or plums into your diet and slowing cutting down on the meat until you are completely animal free. Discipline is the key! Stay strong my friends.
