Exercising Tips For Firm Breasts

Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. Give a man a set of firm breasts and he’ll shut the hell up!

Men dream, fantasize and drool over the very thought of cleavage and breast. Just hearing the word ‘boobies’ can get them excited and giggle like a 10 year old boy.

Our seductive cleavage and firm breast can be a lethal weapon against the shallowness of men. As a women, keeping your breast in tip top shape should become top priority.

However, gravity and aging is against us. It’s hard to fight the natural sagging from the earth’s gravitational pull, or retain the same firmness as we age.

Maintaining your breasts in firm condition is hard work. It involves the right diet and regular exercise.

Here are some exercising tips to help you sharpen your deadliest weapon.


 

Before engaging in these exercises, I would like to point out that the following breast exercises will not increase the size. It’s designed to tone your breast to make it more shapely. The only proven methods for a breast increase is weight gain and surgical breast enlargements.

Stretching

Stretching should never be overlooked. It should always be done before you begin your exercises.

Bench Press

Not just for the guys. Start with very light weights and work your way up.

Push Up

This is a revised version of the push up for ladies. Lie on your stomach, bend your knees, and cross your ankles. Bend your elbows and place your palms on the floor a bit to the side and in front of your shoulders. Straighten your arms and lift your body so you’re balanced on your palms and knees. Tuck your chin a few inches toward your chest so your forehead faces the floor. Tighten your abdominals.

Butterfly

Lie on a flat bench, hold light weights to your side and lift the weights over the top of your chest.

Incline Fly

Lie on the floor with your head, neck and upper back propped up against several large pillows. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and press the weights directly above your chest, palms facing each other. Tuck your chin to your chest to align your neck with the rest of your spine, and maintain your natural back posture, neither arched nor flattened.

Tensing Exercise

No dumb bells or weights, no worries. Tensing exercises work just as well. Simply sit on the floor and cross your legs (similarly to a Lotus yoga pose, but way more relaxed) keeping your back straight and your palms joined around bust level (like you would do when praying). Now press the palms and hold that tension for a few seconds then relax and repeat for about 10 minutes.

Other useful breast firming tips

Avoid weight fluctuations as these will affect the firmness of your skin and cause the skin to loose it’s elasticity.

Wear bras which fit you perfectly so you will not only feel comfortable but also prevent the breasts from sagging.

Use your breast and cleavage to your advantage with its hypnotizing effect to lure the man of your dreams.
