You can never forget someone whom you’ve had a relationship with. The stronger the love, the deeper the wound, the deeper the memories and deeper the pain.

Experts will tell you to forget, move on and let go. Don’t listen to sad songs, don’t look at his/her pictures and don’t hold on to the memories. I’ll tell those experts to jump off a cliff, because that is the only way you can truly forget.

Now I’m in no way suggesting suicide is the answer. So please don’t be jumping off cliffs or bridges.

What I am suggesting is that memories is part of our life experiences whether good or bad, and we should not force ourselves to forget. It is natural for you to still think about this person whom you’ve given and shared so much together.

There are only 3 sure ways I know of that will help with the situation. See if it can work for you.

No…. I’m not talking about working for your ‘boss’. I’m talking about something a little bit closer to home, your beautiful butt.

I’ll admit it! When I walk behind someone on the street, whether the person is male or female, I’ll check out the person’s arss.

It’s the attribute that stands out the most when looking at someone from the behind, and its one of the most alluring attributes to have for attracting guys.

Unfortunately for us ladies, having a great bikini arss this summer will not be that easy. Thanks to the female hormone oestrogen, fat that enters our body goes directly to our thighs and lower waist.

The flabby butt will not be easy to shape, but we still have time! Today is the 25th of November.  With dedication and commitment, we can trim, tone and shape our arss into a butt quenching machine just in time for Christmas (in 4 weeks).
