| Lets Give Fairtrade a Fair Go!
Living in Australia, we are blessed with endless opportunities. We are taught that if you work hard and work smart in life, success will not be far behind.
Less can be said about third world or war torn countries such as Africa, or developing countries such as India. Education is scarce, food is minimal…… but cheap labour is plenty.
So as business owners, we must be thinking – how do we exploit and discriminate to make an extra buck for our wallets. Simple! We give them a poor working environment and we pay them close to nothing for their hard labour, milking all their life and energy.
Is this injustice? Off course it is! They are born into an environment where they will never get the chance of proper education or to excel in their field of work. So is greater justice in this world possible? How can businesses be successful yet also put its people and workers first?
That’s where the heroes of the Fairtrade organization comes in. |

| Wow, the label reads ‘fragrance free‘. That must mean the product has no artificial fragrance added to it and it’s free of artificial scents. Right?
Our immediate perception when we read a claim that a product is fragrance free, is that it’s natural and free of artificial fragrances. But sadly the term ‘fragrance free’ simply means the product is ‘smell free’.
Everything carries with it an adour or smell. To make a fragrance-free product, the manufacturer must neutralize the aroma by putting synthetic chemicals in the product. More chemicals means more toxins. |

| What’s special about Suki’s Tinted Moisturiser?
I think the best feature about Suki’s Tinted Moisturiser is it’s ability to match any skin tone naturally.
Make-up companies work frantically to produce numerous foundation shades to tailor for different skin tone complexions. However, these shades often do not match our skin tone and are filled with unsafe chemicals & usually tested on animals. |
