Delivery Time Frame & Method Of Delivery
Normally your order will be delivered to you between 1 - 2 working days in Australia, 2 - 12 working days in New Zealand, 2 - 12 working days in Hong Kong, 2 - 12 working days in Japan, 2 - 15 working days in United States, and 2 - 15 working days in United Kingdom. All orders for in stock items placed by 3 p.m. EST (Sydney Time Monday-Friday) will shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST Sydney Time will be shipped on the next business day. Please allow extra business day/s if a public holiday falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date.
Delivery is by Express Post, Standard Australia Post, and Australia Post Air Mail. We will select the most efficient & reliable method of delivery for your particular location so that you will receive your item at the fastest time possible.

If goods are notified out of stock, they will be shipped within 24 hours of us receiving them. Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control we may be out of stock of certain items and we may not have yet updated their product pages. In this case we will notify you of an estimated delivery date and give you the option of waiting for your items, exchanging for another item, or receiving a full refund.

Delivery Procedures - Within Australia ONLY
Express Post couriers
1.Courier will attempt to place the parcel in the mail box or leave it at a safe location near the front door.
2. If this is unsafe or not suitable, they will try to deliver the parcel directly to the customer.
3. It is the descretion of courier to determine whether to leave the item at the front door or letter box, or leave a note in your letter box where the item will be taken back to the closest Post Office for collection by the customer at a later time.

If you do not pick up the package within a reasonable amount of time, the package will be returned to our Green Organics warehouse. In that event, please contact us at: support@greenorganics.com.au - tell us your invoice number and we will track it and re-send your order as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address Given By Customer
In the advent of goods being delivered to the wrong address as a result of an incorrect address being given by the customer, absolutely no responsibility will be taken by Green Organics Pty Ltd. The reclamation of goods can be an impossible and extremely costly task. The reclamation of such goods is left solely to the customer although every effort will be made by way of giving all delivery details and contacting relevant persons to aid in correcting the mistake. All help in these matters is at our discretion.
