Loyalty Rewards Program Explained

How do I recieve loyalty points?
Each dollar you spend in your purchase equals to 1 loyalty point.
Example 1 - If you purchase $139.00 worth of items, you will recieve 139 loyalty points
Example 2 - If you purchase $138.30 worth of items, you will recieve 139 loyalty points
N.B Loyalty Points are Seperate from Reward Points. Loyalty points are used to determine your membership level, reward points are used to redeem reward vouchers and discounts.
When will I become a silver member?
To become a SILVER member, you need to collect between 500 loyalty points - 999 loyalty points
Example
You currently have 139 loyalty points in your account.
You make a purchase of $380.00 worth of items and earn 380 loyalty points on this purchase
Your loyalty points in your account will get updated to 519 loyalty points
You upgrade to Silver member.
When will I become a Gold member?
To become a GOLD member, you need to collect 1000 loyalty points or more.
Example
You currently have 519 loyalty points in your account.
You make a purchase of $249.30 worth of items and earn 250 loyalty points on this purchase
Your loyalty points in your account updates to 769 loyalty points
You remain as silver member as you have not reached the 1000 loyalty points mark
You make another purchase of $287.60 worth of items and earn 288 loyalty points on this purchase
Your loyalty ponits in your account updates to 1057 loyalty points
You upgrade to Gold Member
What will I need to do to remain a Gold or Silver member?
At Green Organic we reward you for your loyalty. To maintain your Gold or Silver member status, you are required simply to make the occasional purchase at the green organic store.
For Silver and Gold Members only, every 3 months from the time of your last purchase, you are required to make a purchase from our online store. Otherwise your loyalty points will reduce by 150 points.
Example
1. You currently have 1057 loyalty points and you are a Gold Member.
2. Your last purchase was $287.60 on the 20/08/2007
3. Your loyalty points will be reduced by 150 points if no purchase is made by 20/11/2007. (3 month period)
4. By the 20/11/2007, no purchase -> drop to 907 loyalty points -> drop to Silver member
5. By the 20/02/2008, no purchase -> drop to 757 loyalty points
6. By the 20/05/2008, no purchase -> drop to 607 loyalty points
7. By the 20/08/2008, no purchase -> drop to 457 loyalty points -> drop to General member
8. By the 20/11/2008, no purchase -> remain at 457 loyalty points (no points drop for General members)
9. On the 25/11/2008, purchase of $98.00 -> increase to 555 loyalty points -> become Silver member again.
10. Now that you are a silver member again, you are required to make a purchase by the 25/02/2009 otherwise your loyalty points will drop back 150 points.........and so on....
