I recently purchased the deep scalp follicle treatment and volumizer for thinning hair. I love it! My hair was drastically thinning in the front and I saw this product at Whole Foods and I thought I would give it a try. I wanted to say thank you for creating such a great product with your green tea serum. It is absolutely awesome. I can't believe how fast it gets absorbed into the skin leaving no traces of the skin being oily and still moisturizing such that my skin never gets dry. It is fabulous.

Hello. I just sent an email. I forgot to mention I had an irritated scalp that I felt was thinning my hair. I read about how some fragrances and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate can cause this. When I switched to your hair line I noticed a BIG difference in the amount of hair that naturally falls out. I would estimate it decreased by more than half. Thanks. If you discontinued your products, I would simply stop washing my hair.

It is so wonderful to see a product, an excellent product at that, which is without all the toxic chemicals and substances usually associated with gels etc. Compliments and congratulations on your wonderful work, you are a worthy example toward the (re)greening of our friendly planet. I just wanted to tell you how wonderful I am finding your Vitamin C Serum . I have been using it for several weeks and my skin is just so amazingly smooth. I really cannot believe it! I have used lots of products (I am 51 and a makeup junkie), but nothing has ever matched this serum. I am just so pleased and happy and am recommending you to all my friends. Greetings! I just wanted to write and tell you HOW thankful I am to have finally discovered your hair products. For about six months now, I've been striving to use exclusively organic products. I have long hair. Nice long hair, that gets lots of compliments. BUT - after six months of successively trying every brand of organic hair product available in the local grocery and health food stores, and nearly (in a fit of frustration) deciding to dread my hair, since that's what it seemed determined to do anyway, once deprived of the chemicals which apparently had been keeping it tame, silky and pretty... I definitely did NOT have nice hair.
And then, thank goodness, I found you. I have nice hair again, and I found your products in time to save me from dreadlocks or the GI Jane look. I'm so grateful there's an organic option that works. Well done!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for making a sea salt spray !!!! After the John Frieda's sea spray was discontinued, I've been looking for something out there that is natural and has sea salt in it that wasn't super-drying... I now have a product to use!!! Please don't ever discontinue :) Awesome, Awesome product.

I just wanted to let you guys know that my boyfriend and I discovered John Masters several months ago and are now absolutely addicted. It is the only product that not only does not make my skin break out but both of our skin is now radiant, smooth and glowing. It smells great also and I never have breakouts. John Masters has a superior reputation and it carries over with online purchasing. I have been purchasing for several years and have never had a problem with the store. I feel confident and pleased whenever I order. I adore the products, too. My orders have always come very quickly and in excellent condition. I would estimate that the orders are shipped within 1-2 days of ordering, then no more than a 2-day delivery time after that. If you ever have a question, feel free to email or call. I have done both and have always been treated like a wonderful friend who is appreciated! I rarely say that about any merchants, but it is appropriate here. The Representatives are so informative and make you feel very much at home. I hope to visit the actual salon in NYC in the near future.

I just had to write you and tell you how totally impressed I am with your products! I purchased the " Citrus & Neroli Detangler " from my local Whole Foods here in Sonoma County, California, and I really think it is amazing. I am about John's age, (graduated from high school in 1974- by the way, JOHN LOOKS FANTASTIC!). This "Citrus & Neroli Detangler" works so well as it prevents tangles that can cause hair to be pulled out of the scalp, but also doesn't weigh down the hair. John Masters Organics makes the best shampoo I've ever used. It adds volume to my fine hair without weighing it down, and gets it clean without drying it out. I love all the products I've tried from this merchant. They aren't cheap, but the difference in my hair is so obvious that I'm definitely willing to pay more. I'm a strong supporter of all organic products, especially when they work better than the non-organic equivalent. I also appreciate the free shipping.

Hey, I wanted to tell you bravo on your lip balm :) This is the only one I've tried (and I've tried many) where it doesn't feel like an extra thick layer sitting on your lips. It's more creamy, and blends in. And after I had licked and smudged it away, there was still this great smooth, olive oil feeling on your lips. Not waxy or chucky at all.

I just want to say how much I love your products. I have dry sensitive skin and have tried several different organic skin care lines which left my face feeling more dry and irritated. I have been using the Linden Blossom cleanser , the lavender hydrating mist , and the Mandarin Maximum Moisture . My face feels wonderful. I also have mild rosacea which has caused some larger pores on my nose. The rest of my pores are small. After only one week of using the skin care products, the pores on my nose do not seem as apparent. I am also using the hair products and love those as well.

I am a long-term customer and wanted to let John know how much I still enjoy the Sweet Orange and Silk Protein Styling Gel . I noticed recently that the formula had been changed with a hefty dose of aloe and the Japanese honeysuckle.
I can tell the difference in my hair and it is SO welcome. I had noticed on the last two bottles I used that the hold was not nearly as good and I couldn't figure out why. My hair is very thick, very wavy and quite long. I really thought it was something I was doing, but could not figure it out.
When I tried the recent formula, I noticed that my hair had more hold. My waves looked awesome:) And, my hair was silky soft and so very shiny.
I also want to make my standing request: please make a larger size. I tend to buy those bottles about every 3 months and it's gotten to the point where I have put you in my budget:)
The last comment is that I actually had a stylist ask me what was the gel I was using in my hair. She had given me a trim and I told her that I used your product and now she is recommending it to her customers. She told me some of the others with polymers were breaking off her customers' hair, including the men. That was the reason I started using your product.
